DVD Writer Problem

I want to buy a new DVD Writer.Please help me in deciding whick one shud i buy.
I heard of a 20x DVD Writer.Is it true.If it is,than is it available in the market or not.

if ur thinking of something which is just out in market....then first i would like to know ur budget...else advising abt such things is useless...
