Difference between HP 15-r006TU and Compaq 15-s001TU

What is the difference between HP 15-r006TU and Compaq 15U-s001T? Checked at flipkart and both have got same specifications. Both are 4th Gen Ci3 / 4GB / 500GB / Free DOS. The Compaq one is priced at around 26k, some 4k below HP one.
Is this 4k justified only for the brand name or is there some other difference that I have not seen?

same thing with different branding. FYI HP owns Compaq.

i expected that and i know about ownership. some time back there were some differences in similar hp and compaq laptops like hdd difference etc. but these two looked exactly same that is why asked. ty bro. will suggest compaq one and it will most probably be bought locally.
