DELL Inspiron 5567 - Display, keyboard, webcam problems

I own a Dell Inspiron 5567 laptop from 2016 with a backlit keyboard. It is out of warranty.
This is the only system that I have.

It has 12 GB RAM (4 GB (OEM) Micron + 8 GB Crucial) and Crucial MX500 SSD.
8 GB Crucial RAM stick and SSD were installed in 2021.
The RAM sticks are compatible with each other and verified from Crucial website.
I've changed its battery twice.

I’ve been facing a rather peculiar problem with its display since more than 2 years.

It’s a standalone system that I keep at home on my table and it’s barely moved anywhere except for monthly cleaning, etc. I use it like a desktop and I never take it outside.

About 2 years ago, the laptop’s display would go blank while I was working and/or did not turn ON many times when I turned ON my laptop. The backlit on the keyboard and all other functions kept working.

This problem started when for only 1 time in its life I took it to my office for work.

After the first time its display went OFF, I closed and opened the lid. The display came back ON.

After some minutes, the display went OFF again. I again did the lid close/open method and it did not work. Then I closed the lid and rotated my laptop 180 degrees upside-down for any loose connections. Sure enough, the display came back ON.
Since then, whenever the display went OFF, I would just fiddle with the laptop lid and the display would be back.

However, one thing I noticed is that my internal webcam is not being detected. I reinstalled the driver but it is still not working. The webcam is ON in BIOS. I even reset the BIOS to factory defaults but to no avail. But since I also have an external webcam, I had no issues with it.

This had been going on for quite some time when last week, after I turned ON my laptop, neither did the display come back ON nor did the backlight on my keyboard. However, the keyboard was working fine and I could hear the Windows start-up sound.

After some fiddling, the display did come back ON but without backlight of keyboard. This lasted only till POST when the display went OFF again just before Windows sign-in screen.

I opened up my laptop and checked for loose connections. I disconnected and reconnected them. I put everything back together and the laptop started working fine.

Today again, the same issue with display and backlit keyboard cropped up.

The display is working fine on external monitor but without backlight of keyboard.

I did a DELL e-PSA but it passes all the test.
I read online that the webcam and display cable are common.

I checked online and could not find and results similar to my problem.

I've made this post from the same system after it sprang back to life by itself without my intervention.

Kindly suggest.

Did you also disconnect and reconnect your keyboard connector cable? if not, check if something like following is possible for your model:
