I've got a 845 chipset motherboard ogf Gigabyte. It supports DDR RAM of bus speed 266 MHz, and I have already got one module of this frequency plugged in one of the slots. Now I want to upgrade my RAM, but in the market DDR266 is not available. I could only find DDR400 modules. Can I plugin a DDR400 module into my motherboard without problems. Do I need to remove my existing RAM. Please help me. My PC gas gone too slow without RAM.

Thanks.
