Cpu over processes.

Hello, there I have problems with cpu processes earlier my cpu usage can't get past 50% but, now it reaches 100% easily even in small processes like surfing Internet. Please somebody help.

Pc configurations:
Intel core i3 3210 @3.2ghz
Foxconn H61MXE
Transcend 4gb ram
Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.

Post the screenshot of services and running processes tab. CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
