Well Many consider that for C2D Hot temp limit would be 70c on load....

Where as I try to stay more or less under 60c at any point (on load in hot conditions)

So i would suggest never cross the 65c Limit (24x7 On load too)...

Well if C2Ds stay under vcore 1.29 then u may not need any extra cooling and disbale the Quite FAN control to run stock Intel Cooler FAN on full Speed...

See even with my E6600 and ASUS P5N-E SLi on stock I am running that in 2.93 GHz and Idle Temp is 42 / 43 c on load 55c MAX !!! vcore 1.27 / 1.28 .... to go beyond I need to take the vcore in above of 1.3 and as soon as I cross 1.3 , limit temp goes up to 48c idle and 60 / 61c on load...

So as I want to go farther i thought I need a Cooler, best AirColler would be ThermalRight Ultra 120 eXtreme....

I have just ordered one from *www.sidewindercomputers.com/thulex.html costed me some 110 USD along with its 120mm Panflo Ultra High Speed FAN and I am still waiting for it... !!!

According to reviews I guess this one is the Best out there !!!

Can someone suggest me good cooling solution for Q6600 processor?

I really want to keep my components cool and ready to shell out some money for it. I don't want to burn anything.

BTW I am not going to overclock either my proc or gfx.
