Confused Between ULV & Normal Laptop Processor, Plz Help!!!!

I am buying a new laptop and I will be primarily using it for Multimedia and Gaming. I have narrowed down to two HP laptops and one Lenovo Laptop with great Configurations that fit in my budget of 52k. But after i read about ULV processors and how they Bottleneck GPUs, I am now Confused.
Please help me select the right one from these Three.

Ok now so first one from HP has 5200U with FHD Screen, 8 GB RAM and 2 GB Nvidia GT940M
Third one has 4210U with HD Screen, 8 GB RAM and 2 GB Nvidia GT840M
and the one from Lenovo has 4200M with HD screen, 6 GB RAM and 2 GB Nvidia GT740M.

Now my question here is that will the ULV processors from Both HP laptops will bottleneck even with 940M and 840M?
Will I be able to play new Games like GTA V and COD:AW and further upcoming games?
This is really confusing.. please help me as I have to Buy a laptop in next Week.

P.S. - My friend has a Lenovo Z50-70 With 4200U and GT840M and he can get Playable framerates in New games on low settings.

Get the first one from HP. Z510 has been discontinued months ago. Don't be worried about bottlenecking. Both 840M and 940M are low end gpus.

You can run gta v on normal textures + high shadows on a Z510 though now the model has been discontinued. You will surely lag on low on this one on games such as dying light, far cry 4 etc. but it works well for less demanding games.

I think you should go with the latest hp one as mentioned by [MENTION=145143]SaiyanGoku[/MENTION]

Just to be sure, has Lenovo launched any 5th Generation laptops with nvidia gt940m This year to compete with HP? I couldn't find any. Or are they going to update their discontinued Z510 with latest hardware?
