Computer glasses vs blue light filter software

I am a working as an Android app developer. Does reducing color temperature to warm really help in reducing eye strain? Should I buy computer glasses apart from applying night filter in smartphones & computers?

I personally find it beneficial since I am prone to headaches. I personally use warm colours in the night and dark themes on my applications.

When I use that eye protection mode, feel sleepy. So I don't use it. You can rather get cheap 0 power uv glasses from local optician. Otherwise UV lense are available for normal specs too.

Dark mode is beneficial too.
