Clean " other storage " in Samsung M20

I have a Samsung M20 at home. In its internal memory, 13 GB is claimed by other storage . I don't know what it is and how to clean / fix it. Hope you understand that it takes too much of internal space. Any workaround possible ?

Is it different from Google's Files Go ? I mean, a more efficient way to isolate large files ? Because I tried Files Go and was still stranded.

It shows you the exact distribution of space used.Using this I came to know many apps' cache(this comes out of phone ROM) using large amount of space(e.g.paytm app almost always takes 15-20mb of cache each time you open it & do something for a little while,if you do a lot of searches then expect cache to increase to 50-60mb easily each time). Camera,Gallery,file manager etc anyone can take large amount of space.

I use *play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.thedarken.sdm pro version (got it via Google Play Rewards). Works great.

Is it better than clean master(all permissions to connect to the internet revoked, using the non-junk 2013-2014 version) for non-rooted phones? If yes then why and how?
