Cheap Video Card for Casual Gaming

Hi,
I'm looking for a cheap video card which can play old games like Witcher 3 @1080p low settings. AMD 3000G APU+ A320M Mobo + 8GB RAM System.

I don't think price of gpu will fall again.
So I'm thinking of RX 550 or 1030ti.
Budget max 7K.
P S. Old Monitor has VGA input.

I would suggest getting a used GPU from OLX/FB Marketplace. A used GPU is much better than a new GPU under 10k these days. You should be able to get a used GTX 1650/1050/1050 Ti or GTX 1060 3GB for your budget.
If you want to buy a new GPU, there's no difference between either card, but you could squeeze out some extra frames from the GT 1030 by overclocking it. So GT 1030 for new (2GB GDDR5 version, avoid the 4GB DDR4 version).

So GT1030 2GB better than RX550 2GB ?
Not better, both have the same performance.
There was also the Nvidia Quadro T400 for around 8k before, that was a seriously good GPU for gaming at its price (yes, even though it was meant for productivity).

I think T400 not available at 8K anymore. If that's the case then I could have go for that.

Considering how poorly A380 is priced in India, just blindly avoid Intel. A380 should have been like 10-12k given the overpriced budget GPU market with 1650 at 15k. Even RX 6400 doesn't deserve its 15k price tag. At 15k, 1650 is the only choice, even if it is expensive.

All GPU are overpriced in India.
Nothing we can do about it.
We have to choose according to our own budget .

For 15k, RX 6400 is a better pick then GTX 1650, even with PCIe Gen 3 perf loss. Better LP support, RSR, RDNA 2 optimization in games VS Turing... RX 6400 is a wiser pick over the GTX 1650 despite both having the same performance.
@omega44-xt hey this is out of context is this also overpriced?
If it was between 20-25k, it would have been a great GPU. But you have competition like the RX 6650 XT and RTX 3060 at 30k, so not really worth at 30k. Performance is still very impressive for their first foray (not counting DG1) in the dGPU segment.

Hell yeah, get RX 6600 for cheaper or 6700XT for 36k.
