Motherboards based on 6100/6150 Chipsets are not yet available from any manufacturers in India. Considering the price these are priced internationally, they are quite a steal to buy and i dont think I have to give any reason for that. Only hope of these motherboards coming in India first is from MSI, they had announced three different motherboards based on 6100/6150 chipsets for both the s754 and s939 platform. Here is more info on the same boards. Biostars which you are talking about are sold in India rebadged as Krypton or mercury boards , expect them in India after 2 years 
In my opinion MSI is the only hope if we are to get these in India considering they were the first to introduce good integrated graphics from the Rs480 motherboards in India. Hope they do the same for the nvidia counterpart.

oic... yah considering that RS480 had a great build we hope these from MSI will also be good...but there are no overclocking features....those Biostar boards have great overclocking...this one here....
