Can u suggest an office laptop below 35K

Hi,
I am a doctor and need an office laptop(that means gaming is not a priority) under 35k.The specifications I am looking at are Core 2duo/turion, 160 gb HDD,2GB RAM,DVD writer,Bluetooth,WLAN, 4usb,15" screen,wt less than 2.5 kg.Can u people help me out.
