What are the books that i should start with to learn C language

I read "Let us C" (intermediate level) by Yashwant Kanetkar and "Programming in ANSI C" (beginner level) by E Balagurusamy. Both are good.

Both these books are recommended for engineering students, here in Mumbai. Honestly, both are good starting points; they cover the basics and do so in a very easy-to-understand and lucid language.
