Bypassing windows XP serial key

Hi guy ,
Is there a way to bypass the winXP serial during installation? I dont mean the unattended installation.win 9x and 2000 can be bypass!!

i did read something like this sometime back

where one can edit a file or something

but if u bypass it, it might give u problems later on

Welcome to digit forum.
If you want help installing a pirated version, you came to the wrong place.
If you have a original CD key and simply want to bypass it, you can't unless you create an unattended setup disk.

Firstly thanks deep for unlocking the thread.

Ok win XP does allow for unattended installation. This tecnique is used when we have to install an OS over many PC, in such senario its quite difficult and cumbersome to go to each PC put in the CD load enter key etc etc. So to setup windows a key disk is made which is used to boot the system next the computers are connected by a lan and all pc connect to a central server where the OS exists from where XP is loaded Note however the licence has to be taken for all nodes each node has its unique fully valid win XP key.

pradeep, the guy specifically says that he is not talking of unattended installation. So does it not lead to legalities then ?

If its NOT unattended installation then YES it is a legal problem. By the way i completly missed the "not unattended installation" part of the post.

so yeah its illegal !
