Buying a "CPU" under 70k, Need HELP

Yes but many people mistake CPU for the Cabinet (with all parts)
I think that is why OP called it a "CPU" and not a CPU

Both mobos would do. One is atx , other is matx. for Rs300 more I would prefer the atx. Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H vs Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H

The cabinet suggested by Incinerator is much better than the CM 431. Solid cabinet with better cable management.

7970 is a much better option than the 670.

I was trying to squeeze in a GTX 680
But that would push the budget by ~6k

For a Display with Resolution of 1920x1080 and @60Hz refresh rate HD7970 is way more than enough.It is a solid card.
