1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Go for the Maxwell. It is on pre order on mdcomputers.com, and nVidia is being coy about the release date again. It will cost ~30k, which means it will be nigh impossible to assemble your rig within budget unless you 'source' a few components. Go for a monitor of about 20-21in and increase your budget to ~65k-70k if you want to seriously buy it. as for the storage, you really want to tone it down to 1TB if you want to nuy it. Upgrade later.

Go for i5 4440+ some Asus Motherboard, And it may get managable with some tweaking and tinkering with components. Good luck!
Just remember, you can't have your cake and eat it too. If this sounds bad, go for a lower specced GPU or something, and you can get all your heart's desires.

prioritizing GTX 970.

Zotac GTX 970 - 30k
FX 8320 -10k
Gigabyte 970A DS3P - 5.5k
AOC I2369VM / Dell S2240L - 10k/8k
HyperXFury/HyperXBlu 4GB - 3k
WD Blue 1TB - 3.5k
Deepcool Tesseract - 3k
Antec VP550p / Seasonic S12II 520W - 3.5k/5.5k

All comes ~65k

get R9 285X if you really want the config under 60k though I'd suggest to go with GTX 970. if you could spend a little more, replace FX8320 with i5 4440 ~12k and mobo with Gigabyte B85 D3H.

Will gtx970 be out by the end of this year?don't wanna wait too long
Monitor is 9k
Cabinet is 6k
Not looking to buy a HDD right now, maybe in a few months
Psu -- gs600 if I can get a good deal else cs600 around 5.5k
Processor and mobo should come within 18k
So it should come within 60k
And I was wondering if u could suggest a mobo under 7k.thx

for mobo, don't go for anything lower than Gigabyte 970A DS3P for FX Series and Gigabyte B85 D3H for i5.
