Broken In
Hello,
Need help buying a new laptop.
Some backstory:
So I've been using a Dell Inspiron (i hope this is the right spelling) i5 laptop for a few years (I guess 4 or 5).
I have already had it's motherboard replaced once and now it has died again.
Scenario Today:
Now that over time my usage of laptop has generally declined to watching movies/series and surfing the web, all standard usage.
So instead of investing another 15K in repairing the motherboard I am think if I should buy a new basic laptop.
1) What is your budget? INR 30,000 (can extend a little)
2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Mentioned above
5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
NA
4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
Not a fan boy. Have used Dell and Samsung laptops and liked them. However, I have been hearing Asus over and over again
OS: Windows 10
I am open to buying laptop online too.
Also, do you think getting this laptop repaired from a local shop (not Dell service centre) is a better option than buying a new one?
Thanks in advance
