Budget Backup phone for <10K

I currently have a OnePlus 6 and using two sims with it(Personal and official) want to move official sim to a new phone for eMails, Skype, VOIP calls, Whatsapp, and Messaging.

1. Budget?
Strictly <10K
2. Display type and size?
5" min 720p and above is fine.
3. Dual sim?
Not mandatory
4. Preferred choice of brand?
Any with good after sales support
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)?
Not a priority at all
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS,Stock Android etc).
Android
7. Preferred connectivity options (Dual 4G,802.11AC/5Ghz(not 5g mobile network) wifi).
4G and dual band wifi if possible
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)?
Whats app and emails.
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
Redme 9, but i'm worried about bloatware.
10. Any other info that you want to share

Moto G9 probably.

Poco M2 at 10k (same as Redmi 9 Prime but with less ads in UI & 6GB RAM, there will still be some recommendations, use any MIUI guide for stopping ads). If its not clear, this is a better phone than Redmi 9.

Moto G9 can be considered if you need stock android (it lacks some features that other UIs provide though) but it has a HD display vs FullHD on Poco M2.
