i have Iphone 4 (32gb) 1 year old Gud condition., want to sell it and buy a phone which dosent hang and give Gud Gaming Performance too. ?

Note 4, if you want to pay a little more, this would be my choice.
Note 3, if you want to save quite a lot, still a great phone.
Galaxy Alpha, you can save quite a lot, and you won't have to think about readjusting to size, because it's small and you are coming from a tiny phone. I don't recommend this as I have no idea about the phone, and also it's 720p unlike the others, which doesn't really matter, but still worth mentioning.
HTC M8 Eye, another great phone. This would be my second choice.
Xperia Z3, I don't recommend it but it has a brilliant camera.
These are all you can get under 40k and have peace of mind.
