Best Graphic card under 10,000???

Well I want to purchase a Graphic Card and my budget is around 10k... Please suggest me the best in this price category.. I saw Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 TI as a good option, but am confused regarding that or any other... Please Suggest

Please avoid replying to threads without questionnaire. Do you know what config OP has? What PSU OP has? What resolution monitor OP has? What if he get's what you suggest and actually has a zebronics crap box PSU? I understand that you are more than desperate to increase your post count (which really means nothing) but such posts decrease the forum's quality. Please control your urge to post without knowing the full scenario.
