Best DNS

I have BSNL DSL broadband at home. After struggling with their completely shitty DNS service I shifted to OpenDNS. Their hijacking of 404 page irritated me. Then reluctantly went to Google DNS. Then I did a namebench test and found some Tata DNS to be fast and went for it. That too was not upto the mark. Then discovered OpenNIC project. However their nearest servers were too slow.
Finally upon browsing a list of free DNS servers I came across Level 3 DNS. Although their servers are in the US, they have given me the best experience overall.

What is your experience? Please discuss.

Back to school!!
Google DNS, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Please download and run this: *code.google.com/p/namebench/
The tool takes time, run it overnight, do not use the internet while the tool is running.

Google and OpenDNS for me too. Never felt the need to look for other alternatives.

Did that already - check my post above.

Earlier had been using mtnl dns servers. Some sites started getting blocked. So switched to the Google DNS and has been very relaible. Just make sure that you use a trusted source for the DNS.
