Best cooler for 4.5ghz 24/7....

My friend has this rig same as mine...

Core i5 2500k @ 3.3ghz
Asus P8Z68-V
MSI R6970 Lightning
Corsair Vengeance 4gb*2=8gb
Cooler Master Elite 430

now he wants to overclock to 4.5ghz running 24/7...

suggest the best cooler which fits into the cabby....

he looked for Noctua NH-D14 but over budget.... and also nt sure whether it fits into the cabinet

moreover the best cooler CM N620 isn't available in India due to technical issues...

now he's left with hyper 212+ or Noctua NH-U12P SE2 120mm SSO CPU Cooler @ TheITWares - One Stop for all Gizmos!Noctua NH-U12P SE2 120mm SSO CPU Cooler - TheITWares

which is the best among the two.... Hyper 212+ comes around 2800 with fan and TIM....

Consider the facts that he has a GPU tunning @ 90% load and has huge price diff. b/w the two...... ???

NH D14 will not fit with vengence in asus z68 boards.My suggestion will be
NOCTUA NH USP12 SE2 @3.8k from itwares.

And bundle thermal paste is very good.
