Best configuration

I am one of those rarest species who are still working with PIII machine.

But now I want to upgrade my PIII, 667 MHz CPU, 133 MHz bus speed 256 MB SDRAM, 40+20 GB HDDs to a suitable configuration to work with video capture and editing for Handicam. Budget - Reasonably cheap.

Can anyone suggest me a configuration?

A Dual Core Processor, may be a X2 3800+ or 4200+
A Nvidia / ATI / AMD 690 Chipset mother board with IEEE1394a
1 GB DDR-II 667MHz (if possible make it 2GB as will run in Dual channel)
250 GB HDD SATA-II
umm.. may be u need a pinacle Card aslo if u dont have one....
