Just want to know what is the avg salary of an game programmer in India

Looks on par with any developer for me. usually its 1.25L * Year of experience is used as standard if you are not getting standard salary. Yearly hikes are ~10% . you get a good hike when you switch a company ~30% but unless you are exceptionally talented or the company needs devs ASAP they can give you a very good offer.
