App Crashing on Android

Hello Guys,
I updated Facebook, Instagram etc after than my apps are crashing consistently. i am using Moto G 1 with lollipop. what is the solution for this.

uninstall apps which are crashing.. and install it again...

Make sure that your apps are updated. - try to update if not.
Delete/Uninstall and redownload fresh just to make sure - then install.

Update your apps whenever its required. Don't over stuff your phone memory with number of apps and picture gallery. Still if the app crashes then uninstall the application and install it again.

Clear cache and dalvik cache from recovery

Use any tool for Booster or any tool that can enhance your app and fix crashing occurrences.

don't update apps from other stores... use only play store.. other stores can provide beta versions.. that can be reason for app crashing..
