[Query] APC INDIA warranty claim

I have registered my APC back ups 600. Recently it fails to give any backup. system shuts down immediately as soon as the power goes off.

Clearly battery needs to be replaced and it is under warranty. Only 5 months used.
Now how to claim this warranty which is onsite?

You need to call the APC CC and register a complaint and thereby an executive will arrive at your house depending on the location. If the product is in warranty APC will not charge anything but will charge some amount if it's out of warranty.
