Anyone using static IP (MTNL Delhi) ?

What's the procedure to get static IP ? Monthly charges ? Don't have no idea
Also do I have any control over the IP I get ? I mean can I ask them to give me specific blocks ?

what do you mean by specific block?first block/set is fixed(59 or 117 for mtnl & bsnl),rest not sure but i am guessing most likely they won't let you choose.
