If you're looking to mix tracks on the fly, like beat mixing, beat matching etc. get AtomixMP3 or VirtualDJ. It'a as simple or as complicated as you want it to be.

Fruity Loops is for creating electronic loops and premixed samples, not for real time DJ'ing.

if iwere to say anything i would definitely go for ejay as it is dead simple and nice.... it just woks and a really neet GUI...
if u wanna be confused and bored: go for atomixmp3
