Any Android app that can tell the supported GSM bands?

Hi..Is there any Android app that can report the GSM bands the phone supports?
If specs say Quad band, is there any way to verify that using any app.

if the device is present on gsmarena, you can check the supported GSM bands there.

Try typing the following number on your keypad(Dialer)
*#*#4636#*#*
the "phone information"
tab gives a pretty well info about the signals and Data Transmission
