Antec RMAed unit didnt come back sealed?

Hello all,

Antec RMAed unit didnt come back sealed? Should I be concerned about it? When I called them they are saying that I should test it and tell them. That I should send a mail on Monday since they are on holiday now. Again I have to remove all components from cabinet just to test it. I already paid Rs.510 to send to them & again paid Rs.350 to them to send it to me. Now if I need to send it back then its gonna cost same. Such recklessness. Such unprofessional behaviour. They sold me an imporyed unit in 2019 where it needs to be sent only to them and now this. It looks good though.

I think you shouldn't have accepted and told the delivery guy to return it. That way they can't claim that you may have opened it.

You can test it out, but if there are any issues I doubt there is anything else you can do other than sending it back to them.

They told me to test it insisting that it is a new unit.
