I have had an office built long time back in 2015 via thread: *geek.digit.in/community/threads/pc-for-office-work-around-15-18k.195199/
I could not update the thread that time, but I remember PC was built successfully that time.

Now I need another cheap system built. Need for only for:
1. Generate bills using the Billing software (online + desktop app)
2. PDF
3. Excel and Word

No multimedia requirement, no coding, no other work

But needs to be strictly Windows system and not any Linux based builts.
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Explained above, no personal leisure work.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 15K (18K max) even cheaper would be welcomed.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 10 (i have it)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500GB is more than enough. entry level 128GB SSD would do too!

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Not needed, Have 21" Acer Monitor.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I have Mouse, Keyboard, Wifi dongle

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Coming 5-10 days

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes, i will do it.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Noida - Nehru Place is ideal, But open to Online shopping if its cheaper.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Are there are any cheaper All-in-one system available or NUC units which can be plugged into monitor and used right away
