If you want samsung mobile then samsung galaxy s duos 2 under 9k
If you want battery life and company doesn't matter then gionee m2 which got huge 4200 mah battery for 10k
If you want a good android mobile then gionee pioneer p3 for 7.5k
I would suggest don't go for xolo as its service is worst among indian brands so if you want a phone that have good after sale service then go for samsung if not gionee is better than other indian chinese brands like micromax,xolo etc.
At the end of the day its your choice. Choose wisely

Get gionee M2 or Xolo Q1010

Gionee M2 if you need a branded phone but Xolo Q1010 has better display.I will suggest you to get gionee as it is better brand and better build quality.
