If you plan to use video-calling feature quite frequently ( using skype or whatever ), be warned..Xperia L's front VGA camera is average at best ( improved slightly after recent update ). IF you can ignore that, Xperia L is the better android phone you can get for less than 18k ( unless u get xperia SP at less than 18k, in which case, i'd recommend SP over L ).
