Come on, man. U want a gaming pc, so grafx card should be atleast 6600gt, considering that u are prepared to go for a 3400+. CPU alone may not get u there. If u can, increase ur budget for the grafx card to 9.5K atleast. Otherwise buy the non gt one.

CPU- AMD 3400 doesn't come in S939. It is made for S754 boards. Go for AMD 3200 ,save money and get a 6600GT
MOBO- ASUS A8N-E
RAM - 4500-5000 depending on the brand. I recommend kingston.
HDD- Seagate 120 GB SATA 7200 RPM around Rs. 4000
