Don't know if this affects Win10. I have several machines running 10, and only 1 with Win11 (the ASUS PN51 I mentioned somewhere else). None of them have showed any issues so far. I didn't notice any difference in the Win11 machine as I had employed one of the many workarounds to install it without enabling TPM.
