I'm thinking of upgrading my old AMD 64 system. My Budget is 8K and need

>motherboard 3k -4k
>ram 1k
I'm thinking of going to AMD Athlon ll X3 435/440 or Phenom ll X2 as both are priced with little difference.I enquired the local shops and they dont have 435/440 but they do have athlonll X4's and phenom X2/X4's. I'm confused ......
Motherboard is MSI 785G-E65 ,785 GM-E65 or 785GM-E51 or the biostar TA ones.
Ram is Kingston 1G.
I use Linux/Unix on my system and some mid-level gaming on winxp/win 7. I also use GNS3 simulation for ccna , DVD authoring programs to create dvd's and other video conversion on Linux.
Please recommend a Good triple/quad core AMD processor for 4k and Motherboard
with HDMI,DVI ports for 4k and ram of 1or 2Gigs for 1-2k.
Is it Okay to book online from newegg.com and others as they offer for considerable price than my local shops.
