AMD Phenom Motherboard Support

Hey guys, I have an AMD system with following specs :-
AMD AThlon 4400+ X2 (65 nm) Brisbane Core
Jetway M2A-692-GDG Mobo
2 GB RAM
XFX 8600 GT
250 GB HDD

I'm planning to upgrade to Amd Phenom Quad Core Processor, but I'm confused that will my motherboard support the new processor? Please help me..

Any 770 or 790 chipset mobos will support Phenom. Not sure whether 780 series supports phenom or not.
