Hi guys I wanna buy amd pro not exceeding rs 9-10.5k.Which is the better of the above?Please tell me a good mobo with on board grx card capable of running ut2004,hl2,doom3 without xtra grx card.My budget 4 pc rig is 30-32k.

amd 3000+ nytime a good overclker.....check the serial name on the processer...0517epaw is one of the best processer had been overclked till 3 ghz by many ppl.....

the part number u are giving is the newcastle core, which is much older, u are talking about the ancient days, since the venice core is out, he must get the venice core.

If u do not plan on overclocking then u can get 3200+, but i would suggest 3000+.

And look for the part number BP in the end or BPBOX in the end, this is venice core.

since u need a mobo with good onbaord grafix which will let u play those games .. i suggest the MSI RS480 M2 . the 3000+ coupled with that board is a hot selling combo these days. the mobo also has a pci-express slot if u plan to add a gfx card some time later.

The 18th & 19th week venice dont oc well but it can reach 2.4Ghz but not like the 17th week which reaches 2.8Ghz

regarding mobo the msi one quoted abov is only good for onboard graphics....but dont xpect this motherboard to run at high settings...u will have to play all new games at low settings
