A very confused buyer

30k to 50k (maybe 55k if it meets all the requirements)

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
Thin and Light 14" screen
Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen

3) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
Surfing(8-10 tabs sometimes)
watching movies & TV series,skype
Little to no gaming
Need fast smooth & reliable lappy

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: Sony Dell
b. Dislike: None (maybe not Toshiba,Acer)

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
Whatever will do the job for atleast 3 year
& good battery backup

6) Anything else you would like to say?
Screen resolution ( 768p (HD) / 900p / 1080p (Full HD) )
Like Full HD if I go upto 50k-55k (not expecting one at 30k-35k

Battery back up ( normal (3-4hrs) / extended (5-7hrs) )
The more the better 5hrs will be nice

Purchase place ( Online (eg - flipkart, infibeam) / Local / Abroad (do mention the country) )
India hopefully online
But Lenovo is being a PITA about ASS for online purchases AFAIK



What would you suggest
some great deals going on at flipkart on HP (with the 50% off on moto g or e offer)

guys can you tell me a few things that will really help me in picking the lappy

if i go ultra low i.e. around rs30k-35k
what processor & graphics card should i be looking at

if i go medium i.e. around rs40k-42k
what processor & graphics card should i be looking at

& if i go high i.e. around rs55k
what processor & graphics card should i be looking at

because i have no idea about laptop processors & graphics card

& how much difference is there in performance between intel 4000 & 5000
