Right off the assembly line
Photo editing /Illustration is the main purpose for this one but i'd also like it perform for gaming.
The Software's i'll be using:
Photoshop
Illustrator
Premiere Pro
After Effects

1080p if its feasible.
Size doesn't matter.

Battery Backup is one of the main priorities.

i heard the battery backup on that is not that great.i'd like more battery backup and im down to comprise on a gpu or cpu.

ME & goku asked you to fill the form. Battery backup is priority for you, as written in your post, but I have no idea how much you want. Gaming laptops like Y540 last like 4 hours, if you want more, downgrade to an ultrabook & take a hit on all your render times.

Performance + 6-hour battery backup laptops do exist, but not in your budget, you would have to get something like Razer Blade 15 or Gigabyte Aero 15 (both unavailable in India, but would cost at least 1 lakh+ if both in US) or MSI GS65. Asus GA502 at 85k is a decent option as well, but again, out of your budget. GA502 does have a poor display for color reproduction etc, as said in most reviews, but all the 60-70k gaming laptops have a similar quality display.
