What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
1. The computer will be used for gaming (PUBG, COD, Frycry,Assain creed, Fortnite , NFS, Mortal kombat in high to ultra setting)

2. Autodesk Revit and Autocad Software

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 65K. May be extended up to 70K.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I have 120GB SSD for now.. later i will upgrade it with 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD.. for now skip it

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I will go for a 22” or 24”. Full HD. 1920*1080..144hz

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: 120GB SSD

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: ASAP

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Sagar Madhya Pradesh.. want it from Online Shop

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Later I will upgrade it with liquid cooling , More RGB fans , better storage so it should be future proof. If possible I wish to use AMD ryzen processor and GTX 1660.

Liquid cooling isn't worth spending on. It offers no thermal performance benefit over top-end air coolers, just better aesthetics. Instead use that money elsewhere considering you are not going for a high-end build with i9 + 2080Ti, or something like that. Buy an air cooler like Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black (4.1k), if you feel stock cooler isn't good enough (but it is sufficient).

Do add a good 500GB M.2 SSD in future, like WD SN550 (6k) or Kingston A2000 (6.5k).

CPU - AMD R5 3600 - 15.5k

Mobo - Asrock B450 Pro4 - 7k*

RAM - 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz - 6k

GPU - Zotac GTX 1660 - 16.8k** (check vedant, primeabgb)

SSD - Your one

HDD - WD/Seagate 1TB - 3k

PSU - Corsair CX550 - 4.5k

Cabinet - Corsair SPEC 01 - 2.9k

Monitor - Acer VG240Y 24″ 1080p 144Hz IPS Freesync - 14.7k

Total - 70.4k

* ASUS TUF B450M Pro Gaming - 8k is another good option, both need the latest BIOS to run 3rd gen Ryzen CPUs, but most sellers have the latest stock with BIOS pre-installed these days.

**Zotac GTX 1660 Super costs 19.5k & is a recommended upgrade if you can spend a bit more. Zotac has 2 years warranty +3 years additional warranty on online registration. Don't spend more than 17k on GTX 1660 IMO as 1660 Super is 10% better for 2.5k extra.

Check primeabgb, mdcomputers, theitdepot, vedanatcomputers (online stores) for PC parts at a good price.

You can but would you buy a Ferrari only to run it at max 40km/h on a dusty village road. :) What's the point of 1660 super if your monitor is an old 19" TN panel? Also asrock B450 pro 4 is a better & cheaper board than asus tuf B450m pro gaming(don't get confused & get asus tuf B450m plus gaming which is an inferior board).

The Asus one is just an alternative & is no way superior to AsRock mobo as said earlier. The AsRock one goes out of stock due to its demand, so just gave an alternative in case you end up getting something much worse as an alternative.

Get a 1080p 144Hz monitor with such a rig. Once I have seen an Acer 144Hz monitor on sale in one of the mentioned websites for 11k or so. If you are lucky, maybe you will get it at that price. As I said, the difference between 1660 & 1660S is 10%, so if your budget is tight, you are not losing much by not getting 1660S, but 1660S is worth the extra money if you can get it.

You yourself said that you will get more SSD later. So just do that.

Going for :- is this good?
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (15.7K)
ASUS TUF B450M Pro Gaming (Asrock out of stock)(8.6K)
Zotac geforce 1660 super 6gb (20.1K)
crossair 8GB ram (will upgrade soon in 30 days to 16GB )(3.6 K)
Corsair CX650 (5.2K)
Cooler mAster k501L RGB (3.6K)
240GB SSD (not using old SSD) (3K)
WD 1TB HDD (3K)
Total - 62.8 K ___ 64 including shipping

Is Asrock is not available ..should I go with ASus Tuf B450M pro gaming?
As said earlier, that TUF B450M is a good alternative to AsRock Pro4. Do ask if B450 mobo has the new BIOS to support Ryzen 3rd gen.
Buy Online ASRock B450 PRO4 AM4 AMD Promontory ATX AMD Motherboard - in India

Make sure you get 8GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, at least 3000MHz. Kingston A400 240GB is a good budget SSD, WD Green is bad.

CX550 should suffice your rig IMO. The selected cabinet seems good for the price.
