945gzm s2 compatible graphics card

Hi,
i own a GIGABYTE 945gzm s2 motherboard and i am looking
for a graphics card (may be xfx nvidia 7100 128 MB which is available to
me in my local market)
what i am unsure about is that my motherboard support PCI-E in 4X
mode so will it cause any problem.
Thanks in advance if anybody demystifies this.
