Get the cheapest LG or Samsung 4K models, not like there are many options considering your preferred brand. These days some cheap LG 4K TVs also have VA panel, instead of IPS.

This one has IPS it seems:

Samsung ones are VA. So choose between IPS vs VA. OS wise, LG one is considered a bit better. Samsung has 3x HDMI vs 2 in LG though. So take your pick based on your needs. IPS panel is better for brighter rooms & if you want wide viewing angles.

For something cheaper, Vu 4K TVs are good, has better VA panel than cheap Samsung ones, can be had for 26k.

LG looks good . I preferred LG and SAMSUNG because of longevity and service LG and SAMSUNG TVs in my home lasted for 6+ years ,is VU durable and I'm also sceptical about service of VU some say about chroma subsampling 4:4:4 how do I know if the tv supports

Check forums like hifivision for more info. Vu has better after-sales than other small brands, surely not Sony, Samsung or LG level. Purely because of value, Vu 4K + extended warranty is a good deal IMO.
