256 mb ram only 192 mb ?

where does the remainin ram go .. if it uses for some prog or graphics .. why cant it play most of the games .. also FEAR game does not even start

It is 64 MB shared video memory... It cant play most of the games prob. because that is not sufficient and the graphics chipset may be inadequate.
