24 inch led for gaming

I'm going to replace my gtx 670 with a 780 next month and I'm thinking of replacing my old crappy monitor along with it..
I don't know much about monitors, things like refresh rate, contrast ratio, etc are just too confusing for me, so I'm not able to decide which monitor should I buy..
my requirements are:
- 24" full hd LED monitor with 1080p display
- hdmi/dvi connectivity
- under 15k
- overall good quality
- in-built speakers, usb ports, headphone jacks, etc, doesn't matter, as I won't be using those anyways

currently, I'm thinking of buying this monitor, give me your thoughts about it:

Take a look at Dell S2440L monitr. It's a VA panel monitor and have a great picture quality. Having D-sub and HDMI ports. and the price will be less than 13000/- Rs.
