which resolution is most suitable for a 19" syncmaster 920 NW screen(by samsung)

it seems very small for me, when i work with 3-5 windows at same time.

LCD's should be set to their native resolution else text will be pretty bad.

If the font is small, increase dpi (vista) or font size.

Although various resolutions are supported by 19" screens, but in case of LCD monitors, it is best to stick with the native resolution. You yourself would have experienced that non native resolutions tend to spoil the picture quality, which is evident while working with text. So, I guess 1440 x 900 is the best.

Why not 1600x1000, keeping the ratio same?
