xp?pls

Ive have both win98 and xp sp2 installed on my system.Now whenever i start windows xp,it shows a message box saying 'file not found' with the heading lsass.exe.When i click ok the system restarts.The same happend even if i use safe mode or command prompt.So i am unable to load xp at all.Could it...
