    What can u do with an IP address

    Hey, I want to know what all can be done to a person (constructive, pranky, malicious) if you get to know his IP address. I know for sure it can track down the location of his ISP (www.geobytes.com) I also read that one could download files from the victim's PC. Plz confirm and clarify
