    4GB Ram installed RAM in Laptop, but Windows 7 showing 2.99 GB Usable memory

    Hi, I recently purchased a 2GB Transcend RAM, to accompany my already existing 2GB Transcend RAM. Now, after i switch on my system, I found that In My Computer --> Properties, it shows Installed Memory = 4GB(2.99 GB Usable). I am not getting 4GB Ram, its only 3062MB Ram that i can use...
