    How to write-protect pen drive?

    Viruses...viruses...viruses... Damn. I need to protect my pen drive from them. Is there a way to write-protect an entire pen drive but still be able to read its contents? And turn-off the write protection whenever i want. Obviously this method should work on all pc's and only i should be...

    Write Protect a CD?

    Could someone please tell me a CD writing software that could render a CD write-protected. I know that they can be easily craked but i still want to know the available softwares that could encrypt (write-protect i mean) video, audio & data CD's. Thank you all in advance
